The place may be small but didn't expect to be clean. The staff - MET is super nice. He will try to help whenever he can.
The place is really small but I guess this is HK. You have to wait a long while for lift as you need to queue and wait.

The Downtown Hong Kong view from the 16-th floor is fantastic!
Don't be discouraged by the "worse than Bronx" appearance of the building's entrance, elevators and common lobby. The building is perfectly safe and O.K. in all aspects of staying.

is the old apartment convert to hotel. small room not even can fix in our 2 medium size baggage for the room of 4 person . only one small lift to send us to 16 floor which need to q up and the lift function is slow. too crowded place with multi nations travelers. not safe. if caught in fire that is the big trouble, many hotels in the same block but only have one exit place. not recommend to stay in this type of hotel. if you care of your life.
